2008 Honda Odyssey VIN# 5FNRL38298B070549 We have a 2008 Honda Odyssey LX with 44,470 actual and original miles. Vehicle has a 3.5 Liter 4 Cylinder Engine with an Automatic Transmission. It runs and drives great, transmission shifts smoothly. Odyssey is equipped with power windows, power door locks, AM/FM radio, CD player, Cassette Player, AUX, cold A/C, a gray clothe interior and a beautiful blue exterior. This Honda was purchased with a Salvage Title from IAA (Insurance Auto Auctions). The front windshield and the front passenger A-Pillar were replaced; hood and roof were both repaired. There was no frame damage, no mechanical damage, no suspension damage and the airbags were not deployed in the accident. The van wasn't even in an accident. A tree fell onto it during a storm and caused the damage. Because of the roof and windshield damage that it caused, the rain made its way into the van soaking up the carpet and in result the insurance agent noted "flood damage" on the Title. The van was NOT in a flood and there is no evidence, aside from the rain soaked carpet in the front passenger corner of the van, to support it. There is a VSA light on (Vehicle Stability Assist). Not sure why; I know there is a recall out on the VSA system but it could easily be a different reason. We've put several thousands of miles on the van and, aside from that light, there is nothing wrong with it whatsoever. Ohio Highway Patrol conducted a Salvage Inspection on the vehicle once the vehicle was repaired and the BMV issued it a Rebuilt Title; admitting it road worthy again.
