1977 Honda Gold Wing

This old Gold Wing could use some TLC but the engine sounds good and strong. I think some good fuel cleaner will probably do the trick for the bit of hesitation it has. Once it gets going it runs good and strong with full power. All of the gears feel nice and smooth. I did do some things to it. I went through the brake system and cleaned out all of the calipers. All of the pads are very thick and all of the brakes work great now. I replaced the headlamp assembly and fixed the turn signals that didn't work when I got it. It has a new battery and plugs. It has Progressive shocks in the back and engine guards in the front with cruising pegs. There is a luggage rack that was on it when I got it but I don't have the luggage that went with it so I took it off. Look at the pictures CLOSELY and ask a lot of questions before you bid. There is no reason to think it couldn't be ridden home. The carbs may need cleaned out but the engine sounds just fine. The gears work just fine and it drives straight down the road. I can't guarantee anything on a bike this old but have no reason to think there will be any problems with it. The engines on these are generally very reliable. As you can see in the pictures there are scratches and blemishes that you would expect on a bike this old. Enlarge the pictures on your computer to get a better look at everything.
