I have a nice rare 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 SLT mega cab 2WD 6 speed manual transmission with the 5.9l Cummins diesel engine for sale with only 138,500 miles on it! I bought this truck out of Texas (so there is NO rust what so ever under this truck) at a dealership. The man who traded it in before I bought it was a Police officer and this was his vehicle. He took very very good care of it. I bought this truck because of the mega cab and because it had the 5.9l Cummins 6 speed in it; which is hard to come by these days. We live on a farm and my dad and brother both own this same truck with the 5.9l Cummins engine and we all LOVE this engine. The pulling power that it has is amazing! Since I have owned this truck we have only pulled one heavy load behind it which was 18,000 pounds and it blew our minds of the power it had and you could not even tell we were pulling anything! The Police officer that owned it before me only pulled a horse trailer twice behind it. The Police officer also had aftermarket injectors installed in this truck because he wanted more power and believe me this truck does have the power! And because of the injectors it does blow some black smoke, which is perfectly normal! I am a stay-at-home mom and I do not want to sale this truck at all. I love this truck. It is awesome for the family but after I bought it I realized that the mega cab is just a little bit too long for me and especially when using it here on the farm. This truck is in great condition and is a sharp truck! The body of the truck is scratch and dent free! There are roughly about 15,000 miles left on the tires. For it to be a 2500 it is the smoothest riding truck I have ever owned! There are no dash lights on and I have never had a problem with them coming on. The inside and out is very clean. I did a quick cleaning for pictures but before you arrive to pick up the truck, I will give it a detailed cleaning. It has been garage kept! It has a manual back sliding glass. The bed of the truck has a spray-in bed liner which is really nice! It has a break box! It has a full tow package and a B&W flip up gooseneck ball in the bed! This truck also has a sunroof, cd player, and wood grain inside! It has power everything and everything works great! The only minor things is their is a very small crack in the glass on the front windshield (from a rock on the highway), the back bumper has a small dent in it where someone bumped it backing up to hook up a trailer, the truck will need its hood shocks replaced, ( you can raise the hood with no problem but it just won't stay up) and when the officer owned it he installed his police lights inside the cab and mounted them to the headliner on the inside so there are 4 very small holes in the front of the cab. (I have took pictures of all of this to show you.) He also had the windows tinted and the back glass at the top of the tint has been cut so his lights flashing would be more visible ,( this is only noticeable from the inside of the truck). The fog lights are not working. When the officer installed his lights he took the power from the fog lights. My husband and two brothers are all diesel mechanics and they said it was no big deal to fix the wiring where they would work again. There is a scratch on the backside of the driver side mirror, it was there when I purchased the truck. As far as the engine goes, everything is in perfect condition we have not had a single problem out of this engine! It runs great!!! The oil has been changed every 3,000 miles. I will need a 500.00 down payment in my PayPal account when the truck is sold. You will have 2 days to make this transaction. I do have a loan on this truck at a local bank in my hometown. I have spoke with the manager at my bank and he said me and the buyer can just meet him at the bank and he will take care of all the paperwork for us. As far as paying for the truck, the buyer will need to pay cash or cashier's check. We will make the transaction as easy on the buyer as possible and will work with them.
