1968 Triumph TR250. Driver level restoration performed by previous owner that shows and drives well. Strong engine, with good compression and does not smoke, but does have the typical British drop of oil after driving. Smooth transmission through all gears with no clunks or grinds. Rear diff rebuilt with new mounts. Five rebuilt wire wheels with five new Coker 185-15 red wall tires. Solid floors, trunk floor, lower fenders and doors as well as battery box. Paint is nice for a driver but not show quality. Paint is British Racing Green and has a very nice shine, but has chips and scratches. Original paint color was Venetian Blue. Chrome is original and complete but shows dull and slightly pitted, could use a re-chrome or replacement to better fit with the look of the car. Fresh interior with TR6 seats in tan vinyl with matching new tan top and original tan half tonneau. Original interior color was black. Gauges and switches all work with new Moss wiring harness. Wood dash looks nice but not restored. Missing radio. Rubber is ok, with some new and some original showing its age. Overall, a nice sorted car, that is fun to drive and looks good going down the road. Car has NY registration title paperwork. Due to recent changes by the US IRS with regards to exportation of cars from the USA, I will not export outside the country. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I can store car for up to 30 days for buyer, storage fee of $60 per month there after. Deposit of $500 due 48 hours after auctions end with Paypal.
