Up for auction is a 2002 Jeep Liberty with 162,100 miles. The vehicle has a loud tapping or knocking noise that seems to come from the top left of the motor. I am not exactly sure what the problem is, could be lifter, valve, rocker arm, or crank. It has been sitting for some time, does start up and drives, but needs engine. Tires are decent; interior has some wear but can be cleaned up, no major damage. The Jeep has new AC compressor but the unit needs to be charged.
