1974 Triumph Bonneville completely rebuilt by HCV Motorsports from ground up. When we purchased this bike it had been partially disassembled, we tore it the rest of the way down and started over. Started by repairing a leak in the frame. Engine was completely torn down and rebuilt from the sludge trap up. Engine build includes all new parts and bearings, Performance cam setup, Oversize KPMI valves, Light retainers, Performance spring kit, Lightened and shimmed rocker arms, Ported and flowed cylinder head for new 32mm Carbs. HCV Billet rocker box covers, 7 plate clutch conversion. New avon tires. Rebuild front end, suspension geometry altered to racing specs to improve handling. Electronic ignition with new coils, New custom wiring harness with basics only. Vincent style stop light. New chain and sprockets, Geared to run 70-75mph comfortable. New brakes, front and rear brakes turned for smooth operation, Cross drilled rotor, New wheel bearings front and rear. New front master cylinder with stainless steel brake line. Custom seat on the original seat pan, Retro style side panels and gas tank to make it appear as a mid 60's bike. This bike has had all of the care that one of our full restorations receives but all unnecessary parts were stripped or replaced for lighter units. All hardware has either been re-plated or turned stainless was used. It has just been broken in and will receive a complete check over and tune up including oil change, cylinder and head re-torque, valve adjustment before it leaves.
