Datsun 280Z 2+2 I’ve loved this Datsun since July of 2013 when I purchased it with plans of restoring but, due to having a baby it’s time to sell. This is a RUNNING and DRIVING car that starts every time with a brand new clutch. That being said, it does need work as it’s a great platform for a project but not yet a daily driver. This Datsun has factory A/C, 4-Speed transmission with the largest of the classic Z-car engines; the 2.7L inline 6 cylinder rated at 170 horsepower. Clear title in hand. As you can see from the pictures, the lower body and floor pans have the typical classic Z-car rust issues and can be replaced by anyone who can weld or find a local welder ($135 eBay replacement floor pans not included). The odometer reads 89,000 miles but I’m not sure if it has rolled over. The interior, suspension, exhaust and brakes are also mostly original and could use some new parts and elbow grease before taking on long trips. Although usually a simply fix, the AMP gauge is currently the only working gauge. These classic Z-cars are only increasing in value as time proceeds!
