I am relisting this vehicle because the previous "buyer" didn't make the required Paypal deposit and would not respond to my attempted communications. This is a one owner that we bought new and has never been wrecked. It has a clear title with no liens. It is repairable or has a lot of good items that could be parted out The transmission needs an overhaul and the body is starting to have some rust issues. In preparation for the transmission rebuild. I have marked and removed the drive shafts and transfer case. The viscous coupling in the transfer case was replaced by the dealer at 89,000 miles. A factory service manual, Class III hitch, and an extra rear axle is included. The differential currently in the vehicle came from this axle. I kept it with the intention of using it to convert to rear disc brakes. I had planned on a complete restoration, but have lost interest in the project. Quite frankly, at 68 years old, I have too many unfinished projects and am starting to eliminate some of them. There is rusting along the front edge of the hood and 2 places on the innerbody below the doors. The rest of the body is in very good condition and has never been wrecked. The engine runs well and is not an oil burner. I am having trouble with the key start, but it starts easily with a remote starter switch. I think the problem may be a neutral start switch that ws added on a recall. Interior leather and head liner are in good condition. However, I had to remove part of the tailgate inner cover to repair the lock. See window sticker picture for complete description of options. Rear axle has been modified with a non-locking differential. A/c loses charge and will need some attention. Compressor is ok. All 4 gages work. Power windows, door locks, mirrors, and seats work. Radio and CD player work. Antenna has been replaced. A lifetime warrantied radiator was installed in 2006. Lights and signals all work. Tires are Goodyear Wrangler White Letter with good tread, but are old. Rear view mirror needs to be reglued to the wind shield. No battery is included, but alternator is putting out 14.5 volts. Electrical system seems ok except for the key start switch mentioned earlier and the ABS check light is on. I am pricing this low with no reserve so that it moves quickly.
