I listed this truck some months ago but fell short of my reserve. Ive been working with a gentleman on its sale since but unfortunatly I must try again. This truck is a daily driver. I often take it on 3-4 hour drives on the interstate with no problems. It runs down the interstate at 65-70 at 2100rpm smooth. This truck is sitting on a 72 chevy truck frame and suspinsion. Its smooth but almost to soft, has the 4 coil spring system, so needs a track bar to make it a little more stable in sharp curves etc. All the lights work and its steering colum has been changed to a newer gm style with tilt. Fuses system is updated to blade style. Its a power steering power disc brake truck.I have a farm so i use the truck and do not have use for a trailer queen. The Good is the engine is a crate 350 straight from GM with less than 10k miles. New parts include Alt, starter, carb, electronic ignition, radiator (idels forever and never gets hot), hoses, battery, headers, dual exhaust, complete rebuilt 700r Transmission, front and rear glass with seals, fuel tank and sender, wiper motor and switch, new lock kit, sun visors, factory pioneer sound system but no radio, less than 3k miles on wheels and tires, Front and rear bumpers. That was all done when engine was installed. Dash has not been cut or drilled, Solid wood bed. No rust in drip rail or door hinge areas. The Bad is the truck in the passenger side cab corner has had some filler (baseball size) and has cracked. The kick panel there is solid but has signs of filler also. not bad but i want to besure its mentioned. Rest of the truck is solid and straight. Paint is fair and cleans up ok for a driver but as you can see in the pics gas was spilt and caused paint peel by filler cap. Speedo works but bounces some as does fuel gauge. No A/C This old truck is very dependable and fun to drive and with a good paint job would show very well. NEEDS NOTHING TO DRIVE HOME. I hate to do this but if you have 0 history contact me by phone first or ill reject your bid. I need to sell it.This truck is does have a few years so you will hear a small rattle or squeek at times but certainly not a rattle trap. You can be proud to drive this truck.
