All the mechanical and electronic systems have been checked and passed without any problems, there are NO warning lights illuminated on the instrument cluster. The engine and transmission are 100% Mechanically Sound, the smooth shifting automatic transmission has plenty of power from the 2.5L engine. The suspension works properly with no abnormal noises and the handling is good. The brakes bring this very nice wagon to a fast and quiet stop. The tires are in good shape with a matching set of Michelin tires with about 75-80% thread left. All the power options work properly with the exception of the power door lock on the drivers door, the lock still work but it requires you to manually unlock it using the key it will lock with the remote on the key just wont unlock. The climate control blows both cold and hot air, the AC compressor is working without a problem however it does make a very slight whining noise from time to time. Exterior DescriptionThe exterior is in NICE condition and looks great in Black. Overall the paint is in Very nice condition with a smooth and glossy surface and a mirror like shine. The overall condition of the body is very good with even body lines and smooth rust free panels. Under close inspection you will find some small door dings, very light scratches and a few very small paint chips that are consistent for the year and miles of this vehicle, these are minor imperfections at best that I could not even get my camera to show them, and it does not take away from the overall nice condition of the vehicle. Running & Operating Description
After an extensive test drive we can say that this 2003 BMW 325XI Wagon runs great with no problems to speak off. All the mechanical and electronic systems have been checked and passed without any problems, there are NO warning lights illuminated on the instrument cluster. The engine and transmission are 100% Mechanically Sound, the smooth shifting automatic transmission has plenty of power from the 2.5L engine. The suspension works properly with no abnormal noises and the handling is good. The brakes bring this very nice wagon to a fast and quiet stop. The tires are in good shape with a matching set of Michelin tires with about 75-80% thread left. All the power options work properly with the exception of the power door lock on the drivers door, the lock still work but it requires you to manually unlock it using the key it will lock with the remote on the key just wont unlock. The climate control blows both cold and hot air, the AC compressor is working without a problem however it does make a very slight whining noise from time to time. The exterior is in NICE condition and looks great in Black. Overall the paint is in Very nice condition with a smooth and glossy surface and a mirror like shine. The overall condition of the body is very good with even body lines and smooth rust free panels. Under close inspection you will find some small door dings, very light scratches and a few very small paint chips that are consistent for the year and miles of this vehicle, these are minor imperfections at best that I could not even get my camera to show them, and it does not take away from the overall nice condition of the vehicle. Interior Deccription
The interior of this vehicle is in VERY NICE condition. The leather seats are clean and look to be in better then average condition with less then normal wear evident for the year and miles of this vehicle, their are no rips or tears on the front or rear leather seats, the passenger front seat has a very small light scratch on it, the carpeted areas are very clean and look really nice and were always protected with floor mats. We are able to keep our prices very low for the most part because we do not have the expenses that the larger franchise dealers have which makes it possible for us to sell the vehicles to you for far less then a franchise dealer would sell it for. Buying from a retail lot
A retail-auto dealer usually provides pre-certified used vehicles that pass a 200-point inspection and are guaranteed to be 100% like new. Purchasing from a fancy retail lot in your area will give you that "peace of mind" feeling. For this guarantee and peace of mind you will be paying retail prices which are usually 30%-50% above wholesale. If you are very selective and don't mind spending the extra money retail is the way for you. Many of these dealers don't do a complete inspection and only guarantee the drive-train, while still charging retail.

In Order for us to present the best possible listing to you the public a lot of work goes into each and everyone of our vehicles that is listed on eBay. Prior to being listed all cars are Professionally Detailed so you can get a nice assessment of the vehicle that you are looking at and may be getting ready to make a bid or offer on. We offer 60-80 Pictures of our vehicles that are listed on eBay, that are done by a outside photographer in order to get the nicest photos possible to you. We offer free Airport Pick-ups (JFK AIRPORT ONLY) to our customers that are coming to pick up the cars to drive them home, we also provide a temporary transit tag free of charge so you can drive the car home. For those of you who are planning to ship the car to your location we can provide you with assistance in this process, since we have many vehicles transported all over the country in many cases we have access to better rates with the transporting companies then you may get dealing with them on your own. While we don't like charging this fee it has become necessary for us to do so, we sell most of our cars with NO RESERVES and make very little profit selling them with NO RESERVE in many cases the final bid is 30-50% below KBB RETAIL and in some cases will be lower then the KBB DEALER TRADE-IN VALUE. While we don't mind selling the cars to the public at wholesale prices we cannot absorb all the cost that are involved in prepping the cars for sale on eBay. 6 - Vehicles must be picked up within 14 days, vehicles not picked up within 14 days will be billed $10 a day for storage. I am not intrested in making money on storage fees I am very limited in space and need to make room for others vehicles that I have coming in.
