Vehicle Detail
For auction is my 1974 Honda Z50. This bike is completely street legal and has a clear Tennessee title in my name. This bike has just over 100 miles on a new Piranha 140cc motor (still breaking in the new motor). Let me start off by saying that this bike is quite fast and so I don’t recommend throwing your child on this bike. It will very quickly hit 70mph and not something really for a child to be on. But for a competent adult its a total blast. :) The bike runs great, starts easily and idles perfectly even when cold. I have completely gone through this bike and replaced or upgraded 99% of all parts. This list includes but is not limited to a new Ballistic Lithium battery, new Takegawa exhaust, new Mikuni VM26 Carb + pod filter, new JDM Monkey wiring harness and all new electrical components, new Honda brake shoes in the rear, new Shift Up rear shocks, new CHP extended swing arm, new 3x10” aluminum wheels with new Vee Rubber tires, new front fender, new RK chain, new turn signals, new grips, new Takegawa sprockets, new wheel bearings (front and rear), new fuel tank, new petcock and fuel filter, new headlight and headlight bucket, new speedometer, new speedo cable, new clutch and throttle cables, new clutch lever, new handlebar controls….this list goes on and I've probably forgotten some things. If you have questions please let me know. Everything works on the bike including taillight, headlight, brake light, horn, speedometer and turn signals. The only thing I would do to the bike is recover the seat. It is the original seat. The cover is a very low cost item (30 bucks) but unfortunately I have run out of time on this project and so will leave that to the next owner if they decide to recover to seat. The winning bidder agrees to paypal a non-refundable deposit of $300 within 24 hours of the auction ending. The remaining balance shall be paid in cash when the bike is picked up. I prefer local pickup but if you you decide to arrange shipping for the bike I will gladly meet the shipper, get payment and help load the bike. Good luck and please ask any and all questions you may have before bidding.
