7 Day Auction on a 1975 Datsun 620 P/U Truck. This nearly all original truck is a 1-Owner w/ only 72,000 Miles!!! This truck was one of those finds that don't come around that often. It was found in an 83 year old gentleman's garage here in Southern Missouri, and that's where is has sat the last 10 years. This 83 year old man inherited it from his late Father 14 years ago at the age of 73. His Father purchased this truck new in 1975 from a Datsun Dealership and took great care of it which is evident in the pictures. Some may argue this as a 2-Owner, but we still feel this is a form of 1-Owner. The majority of these low 72000 miles were put on by the Father. When the Son inherited the truck in his Senior years it already had 65,000 miles. The son drove it around some for 10 years and kept up the maintenance, but it has been sitting his garage for the last 3 years leading up to us acquiring it. The truck would not start after sitting 3 years. All it took to fix that was to replace the battery, drain off the old gas, and replace the inline fuel filter. The truck started right up with some fresh fuel and drives perfectly. The engine idles and runs perfectly as well. This Datsun 620 is fitted with a rare option of Factory A/C. All the components are there minus the belt. Was told by the older gentleman that he was never able to get it to work. Another thing this truck has is the factory EGR. We were told that not all of the '75's had this. If that is true, I am guessing it would be important for someone who lives in a Strong Emissions State. The Interior of this truck is nearly all original and in amazing condition. Everything works as it should minus the Factory Radio which does not turn on. Interior is 100% complete down to the Tools, Jack, and Owners Manual. The vinyl flooring is perfect with no rips, tears, or even any scratches. The bottom seat cushion appears to have been replaced at some point in it's life. The top seat cushion is starting to split in 2 seams and will need to be replaced at some point. The dash has two small cracks that are noted in the pictures. The windshield has 1 straight crack right down the middle from top to bottom. It is also noted in the pictures. The headliner is perfect as well. The door cards are it great condition too. Exterior of this truck is in amazing shape as well considering that this truck is 39 years old. The body has absolutely ZERO rust. It does however have a tiny bit of surface rust in a few scratches. Very minor. It also have no major dents on the panel, only rather small dings with one smaller dent on the back corner of the bed. That factory vinyl graphics are still intact with no cracks. Those are nearly perfect as well. The tires are old but hold air perfectly and amazingly do not have any dry rot whatsoever. I would estimate thread at 30% all around. The aluminum wheels are in great condition too. All in all, this is an amazing little truck for being 39 years old. I personally put 150 miles on it over the last several days and everywhere I went I got compliments, thumbs ups, or questions about if it was for sale.
