This is a Meyer's Manx type of dune buggy. I pulled it out of a field where the previous owner parked it 10 years ago. Engine appears to be siezed to me, could just be from time, but who knows. The fiberglass looks good. Only spot I can find that needs attention is the post where the drivers side headlight would mount. That needs a fiberglass patch on the top of it - easy fix, the rest appears really good. It is a 4 speed transmission, obviously a cut down floor pan. Te floor pan has some surface rust but nothing rotted through that I can find. Tires air up, but obviously will need replaced as they have been sitting for 10 years. The American Racing wheels are great shape. Very good starter unit, a little paint and mechanics and you'll have a nice little buggy. Clear exas Title, titled as 1955 VW.
