2002 RC51 VTWIN. Ihave owned the bike since 2008 and have put the majority of the miles on it (about 30,000). This has been a great bike and really fun to drive. The RC51 is a very rare bike that is sure to grab peoples attention. If you have never heard one, you're missing out. Even thought the bike is up there in miles have not noticed a decrease in power or the handling. I would not recommend this bike to a beginner, because it is a handful to ride. Some bike drive themselves, this one is not that way. Issues: over all the bike is in really good shape for its age and mileage. it has a few scratches on the plastic and a dent on 1 of the pipes(left side). Last summer the kickstand sank is some hot/soft asphalt and tipped over. That is the only time this bike as ever seen the ground. Front tire is at about 50% Seat has a small split(see picture) Good: New battery Rear tire less than 1000 miles on it HID head lights (on a separate switch) do not turn on with key Yoshi slip-ons Kuryakyn grips Extra o-ring chain included I hate to see this bike go, but it's time. I am not a mechanic and don't make any promises, but it has been a great bike for me. The bike does not have insurance or tags on it so the buyer will need to either pick it up here or pay for and arrange shipping.
