SOUTHGATE AUTO PRESENTS 1958 OLDSMOBILE 98 Just was at one of the largest ROD RUNS in the United States this past weekend and was the ONLY '58 Oldsmobile 98 of over 10,000 classic Hot-Rods and Classic 50's model cars!! This is one RARE FIND and with FACTORY AC!!!! You can look long and hard and you will not find one in this good of shape for the money! This car was totally restored by an avid Oldsmobile collector in Wisconsin approximately eight or nine years ago. The color was called "Heather" the factory original color. We have added the "Desert Rose" to the car. The car is all original with a 371ci V8 four barrel carb. and 4 speed hydromatic transmission. All the glass is original and in great shape for age! We did install brand new tires and added the "desert rose" paint on the wheels behind the original hubcaps. We also installed new style electronic ignition. She has been our weekend driver for the past 1 and a half years and she turns heads everywhere she goes! All original stainless and in good to great shape. The chrome bumpers are nice and still shiny but some very minor and normal pitting as to be expected for a 56 year old car. She steers wonderfully and really holds to the road. You think your driving a new Cadillac! Brakes work great and stops perfectly too! You can have total confidence in driving this anywhere! Fly into town and drive her home with NO issues! Please remember this car is 56 years old and does come with flaws expected of age,however none that take away from it's beauty and of any significance.
