Selling my 1969 BMW R60/2 . It is a gorgeous Dover White machine that runs and rides as good as it looks. The engine, frame and I.D.tag are all matching, The bike comes with a title. The R60/2 has just had a complete restoration with the engine, transmission,final drive, wheels, shocks, carbs, and all the rubber and cables replaced or rebuilt. The engine had all the seals and bearings replaced and of coarse the slingers were cleaned. Has new rims and a new reproduction exhaust. The bike has the large Sport tank, engine guards , rear luggage rack, bar end signal lights and a nice spot light and mirror combination. Bike was painted and stripped by a gentleman in Nashville that stripes high dollar guitars. There is one thing that needs mentioning... sometimes the bike will act as if it doesn't want to kick through . The fix for that is to engage the clutch a little and the bike will kick right through. May be something that will work itself out as all of the transmission parts are new.Doesn't happen often , but wanted to mention everything I know about the bike. The bike starts right up.
