Just in time for Spring!!!! Up for bid is my 1979 Triumph Spitfire 1500 with only 71000 miles. (Note: mileage will be higher by the time sold because this car is driven daily). This car starts and runs nice. Body looks good with minor blemishes, paint looks to be original, transmission is a 4 speed with no overdrive. The top is brand new. THE GOOD: Daily driver, Starts easy, Newer top, nice and straight bumpers, all electronics work even the electric antenna, has all the required smog devices, straight frame and body, original color which seems like it's the original paint, inside trunk is solid with no rust and nice original paint work, floor boards are solid with no rust and nice original paint work, newer tires, still has the original blue license plates which is a good indicator that is has no been in any major accidents.THE BAD: minor surface rust on the edge of trunk lid, minor ding on the rear fender, minor surface rust on the bottom edge of hood by the front valance, minor ding on hood, minor surface rust on hood where the paint is chipped, wheels need sand blast and painting. No radio. THE UGLY: Not ugly at all. Seem to be the original paint which still shines.
