For sale is my beautiful 1995 E36 325Ci convertible, just in time for Spring! The car is in excellent condition and has always been adult owned and driven. I am the third owner of the car. The car was originally sold in Houston, TX, and the second owner also lived in Houston. The car has been located in Knoxville, TN since I purchased it five years ago. The car is 100% rust free. In fact the car has not been driven in rain since I have owned it, and has always been garaged. The car has approximately 97,800 miles on it, which equals less than 5,500 miles per year. I would get in this car and drive it anywhere in the U.S. without a single worry. The car has the venerable BMW 2.5 liter inline six cylinder engine. Since I have owned the car, I have installed Bavarian Auto high performance ignition coils, coupled with a high output generator. I have also installed a Turner performance chip and custom carbon fiber air intake with a K&N filter surrounded by a custom fitted air intake heat shield manufactured by Racing Dynamics. With the performance enhancements the car has plenty of power when needed. The car has never been tracked or raced, and always filled with 93 octane top-tier gasoline. Along with the engine performance enhancements, I have installed Bilstein sport shocks and struts all around with new BMW rotors and pads. The calipers have been painted red with ceramic high temperature paint, which have been fitted with stainless steel braided brake lines. I installed a set of Beyern model “Five” chrome 17” wheels fitted with Michelin all-season Pilot sport radials, with less than 2,000 miles on them. During the past year, I have replaced the power steering pump and hoses, along with new tie-rods, control arms and powerflex urethane bushings. The Bilstein struts have been outfitted with K-MAC adjustable camber/caster plates that allow the front end to be aligned for better handling (the struts on the original E36 cannot be adjusted for camber). So needless to say the car rides like it on rails. Within the past 5,000 miles I have also replaced all belts and hoses using fiber reinforced silicone hoses instead of the standard rubber hoses for more reliability. The radiator has also been replaced along with the water pump and thermostat. The oil has been changed every 7,500 miles with Mobil-1 synthetic oil and Mann oil filters. I replaced the radiator shortly after I purchased the car and it has been flushed and filled with BMW antifreeze every two years along with flushing and changing the brake fluid as well. The transmission fluid and filter were changed at 95,000 miles. I believe in old-school maintenance and this car has seen that. For the interior the leather seats are very good condition, and been treated with quality leather conditioner on a regular basis. I have always used sheepskin insert covers to protect the seats. I replaced the factory radio with a Kenwood KDC-X492 CD radio with USB and stereo micro-connector to allow connecting your music by phones/ipods or a thumb drive. I replaced all the speakers with a set of Kenwood speakers. I also installed an Infinity 8” subwoofer in the pass through opening in the rear seat. The subwoofer is powered by a Kenwood KAC-7204 1,000 watt amp mounted in the trunk. The original front headlights have been replaced with real Xenon headlights fitted with LED angel-eyes that really make the car standout. The headlights have glass covers that will never yellow like the original plastic covers. The tail lights have also been updated to the clear euro-style lens. Included in the sale is a set of custom cut hexomat rubber floor mats, as are the Schmiedmann pedals. The front europlate is not included with the car. Also included in the auction are the original BMW wheels which have been fitted with a new set of Michelin all-season Pilot sport radials with less than 1,000 miles on them. That's a complete second set of wheels with brand new Michelin tires! You may find cheaper E36 convertibles, but you will be hard pressed to find one as in good of shape with all the updates already performed. The only thing the car needs is a new owner. I recently purchased an M3, so I need the garage space. This E36 has been my garage queen for several years, but it is now time to let someone else enjoy her for many more years.
