This is a 1999 BMW 740iL that is a mechanics project vehicle or parts vehicle. Engine starts up but sputters, interior is in rough shape, Instrument cluster is totally pixilated, clean title, vehicle has some scratches on the drivers front fender as well minor cosmetic scratches, spare tire is used on the drivers front with chrome wheel in trunk. The car was being cranked every couple weeks until the recent bad weather but the battery is currently dead.
