This is a used Honda mini trail 50 I do not know year last licensed in 1979. I see the seat, headlight and taillight are gone. The rest is there from what I can see the engine is not stuck turns over. Great project the missing parts are the easy ones to find. The other option is use it for parts for your more complete bike.
