1967 Chevrolet C10 half ton pickup. Lots of detail pictures below so look and decide for yourself. I've owned this truck for close to 10 years. I bought it from the estate of a man who collected trucks and parts. When I bought this truck the odometer showed 7900 miles, it now shows 8010 . I cannot prove this is the original mileage. Although the Daughter told me it was actual. Many things about the truck make it believable. Like the original LOF Windshield doesn't have a nick in it or a wiper scratch. All the glass is excellent. There's still an assembly line tag on the RH front brake drum. The spid sheet is mint and it has all the books including protecto plate. Steering wheel shows no wear or cracks. Dash is very nice. This is a 3 speed on the column and it shifts like a new truck. When I bought this truck it still had two original tires on the front which I still have and will show pictures of below. Also had all 4 spiral shocks, I replaced the rears but still have the originals. Still has both its original T3 headlights . This truck was originally a 250 six cylinder by the documents. That engine was replaced before I bought it and is gone. It has a 283 put in it that's dated late 1966 by the last owner. Everything looks pretty stock under the hood but could use some detailing. It runs great, shifts great and could be driven anywhere. Truck is tight and quiet. The body to me appears to be mostly original paint, some spots are worn through, scratched, few dings, a scrape in the RH door and RH bedside, dent in the center of the RH fender and 3 holes in each door for stainless mirrors which I got rid of. All of this is shown in detail pictures below. What I've done to the truck. I put an NOS Power brake kit on the truck. Tuned it up and went through the brakes when I first bought it. I had 4 of the original rims powder coated and put 4 radial tires on it. All of the pot metal, door handles and emblems are excellent no pits. Basically just cleaned it up and preserved it. The bed of the truck has its original date stamped wood in nice original condition. Inside of bed is all very straight like it was barely used. The original front seat has had a plastic seat cover on it since new. I removed it for these pictures so you can see how nice it is. Seat belts are very nice but need the webbing cleaned, they sat on the floor and got a little dirty. Jack is all there along with the original jack instructions. The cardboard cover is still over the gas tank also. I have found NO RUST anywhere other than some very minor surface rust. No pin holes, nothing repaired. There are a few spots the previous owner touched up with a spray can, none are bigger than a 3-4 inch area, he was only trying to protect the metal I assume. What ever you think about this truck, its just a nice old truck in very nice original condition that can be used as is ready to go with a very low reserve.
