Purchased this car a couple years ago hoping to use the 409 tri power in another Impala we were building but have since sold that project and do not have the money or ambition to take any more restorations at this time. I do not think the car was an original 409 impala as the motor was pulled out of a wrecked 409 car back in the early 70's. The radiator shroud, mounts, pulleys, manifolds, etc were also pulled off of the wrecked 409 car. The linkage and carbs are original to a 348 tri power impala that was parted at the same time and correct GM parts. There are a lot of good useable parts on this old impala. Car is sold as is where is. I can help assist the trucking company to make it an easy transaction for the buyer.
