Basically, I bought it "new" with everything except OnStar (because I thought it looked ugly on the Solstice). If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. If you would like the Sirius Satellite Radio (Stiletto 100) included, I think $600 extra is reasonable. The radio includes a lifetime subscription to Sirius Satellite Radio (nontransferable to other radio). If you plan on flying in to pick it up, I recommend flying into Richmond, VA or Reagan International in Washington D.C.
