I bought this truck as a personal project. I had a similar truck in the mid 90’s, took a long time to find the best year and optioned F250 again. I’m selling it as I bought it, really no time for personal projects in the near future. This truck runs/drives, needs things to be a nice daily driver. Great start with a lot of good work already done. The motor runs strong, new Edelbrock 4 barrel carburetor. There is an exhaust leak. There are 2 AC compressors included with this truck. This is a factory original AC truck, needs plumbed back in. Power steering, C6 automatic transmission, 2H 4H 4L transfer case. Dana 44 front, Dana 60 rear, Truck runs and drives, drove it 20 miles the other day, but not ready for everyday use, needs tinkering here and there. Extra parts you see in pics are included. Cluster, wiring harness, wing windows, various odd/inns. These came from a donor truck I had. Also good used windshield (windshield in truck has crack); I will wrap it up in the back for shipment, but will not be responsible if it breaks during transport. Dual fuel tanks work, new radiator. Overload springs, tow package. BODY I bought this truck due to the straight rot free body; we all know very hard to find in these trucks. This truck was repainted 3 years ago, looks very good and straight. Pictures show condition of chrome etc. Extra set of wheels/tires if you want them. Interior in OK shape, I would redo most of it. OVERALL This is the best and last year of this body style Ford truck, with the desired factory XLT Lariat package Ford only did in 78/79. This is a good straight truck that has not been abused. Lived its whole life in the high desert of eastern Washington. The hard work has been done, if you have the desire to tinker and clean up this truck, it’s not that far from being an excellent classic truck. I have a clean clear WA state title in hand. I've driven the truck only 20 miles once, no problems other than an annoying exhaust leak. I'm trying to convey that is it regarding known reliability, and to convey I would not fly in from 6 states away to drive it home, yes I get those questions often.
