* Re listed due to a non paying customer * 1979 Volvo 242 GT New drive belt, muffler,tires, front ball joints, brake pads and 2 front rotors, timing belt, alternator, water pump. The issues with this car are as follows... The heater motor works but is noisy, the cruise control does not work. the a/c compressor does not engage, needs shocks. The car has rust in the rocker panels and rear fenders and has a hole rusted thru where the spare tire sits in the truck. Speedometer was out of service for approximately 20,000 miles should read around 150,000. Wipers work but will not park in normal position once off. Car runs good when has a full tank of gas but has a miss when needle drops below half tank possible fuel pump acting up. Paint is cracked. . Does have current inspection sticker. This car has been in the family since 1982 with a clear title. My father was the second owner. It does not burn oil. Please note that the cars original color of course was the common silver that came on the GT models. The inner fenders was not painted at the time of the color change. The door jambs and all others frames where painted to match though. The paint job was converted several years ago due to fading. Item is sold as is. No warranty.
