1952 Pontiac Chieftain rat rod project. Project was started 5 years ago and had to be stopped, car has been sitting since. The body is straight but there is some rust. The floor and trunk pans are in good shape with only slight rust. The doors are suicide hinged with bar claw latches and outside door handles shaved. The trunk has been pancaked and and the lower jamb has been raised. The hood has been smoothed and the headlights have been frenched. All the outer trim holes have been filled. Gas tank filler neck has been relocated to under the swing out side emblem. Rear quarter panel fins have been shaved off. Firewall was started to be smoothed out, and being modified for power brakes. Original engine has been replaced with a 85-90 307 roller V8 Oldsmobile engine that ran when parked 5 years ago but has not been started since. A/C system is in trunk but most of the parts needed to add it are there. All of the interior is with the car just removed. Wind shield is cracked but with the car and the back glass is good. All side glass is good and is with the car. All 4 windows where being modified to be power. Chrome outside trim around roof is included. Good title..... Would be a good rat rod project.
