Vehicle Detail

From our private collection is this 1969 Pontiac GTO. This GTO is documented with the "Dealer Invoice" from Pontiac Historical Services. It is not a clone or a Lemans with emblems added, it is a Real and Documented GTO at a investment price that you can drive and enjoy. This very car sold at the Barrett-Jackson Auction in 2010 at $22,600.00 as I have those documents also. Sold new at Osborne-McCann Pontiac-Cadillac in Tacoma, Washington in July of 1969. Check the cowl tag date please. Car build date was 06B = June, 2nd week of 1969, shipped to the dealer on June 16, 1969. The window sticker on this car was $3944.90 and the dealer cost including shipping and dealer holdback was $3,229.32!!! I have included a good photo of the Dealer Invoice so you can see all the options and true documentation! The car came from Pontiac with the 400 1x4 BBL Engine, 4 speed transmission, and H.D. Saf-T-Trac rear axle. This is not a car that came with an automatic transmission like most did and then someone cut a big hole in the floor to change it to a more valuable 4 speed car. It is a Real and Documented 1969 4 speed GTO. This cars paint is very nice with not a pin-head of rust I can find on any panel. Paint is lots better than just driver quality. Hard to get a good photo of the car because it is very shinny. No dings, dents, etc. The rubber nose piece has no cracks! I included photos of the original floor pans so you can see the frame and floors are very nice, rust free, and clean. The 400 engine runs very good with a Holly carb up top. Engine compartment is clean and nice. The Muncie 4 speed transmission shifts as it should. Please notice the correct Hurst Shifter in the floor! This car has the 12 bolt Rear End assembly. All the gauges work including the factory Tachometer! Headlights, blinkers, etc. work also. The factory radio I can't get to work. If you would like to come inspect this car I welcome you and I am only 2 minutes from the Mobile, Alabama Regional Airport. I can certainly come get you, let you look, take you back. This must be done before the auction ends if that is what you decide to do. Sold as is but is it exactly like I say. I reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time for any reason even with bids. Miles are exempt because it is over 10 years old. Car can be stored in our secure lock-up until your shipping can be arranged. Our insurance policy on this car will cover it until it is moved by the shipping company of your choice. I can help with that if needed. Funds must clear my bank before the car can leave, you understand. Just cannot bring and check and get the car the same day. International buyers are more than welcome. I am very easy to deal with, just give me a call, Dennis Lasseter, Jr. @ 251-769-1639 between 8 am and 9 pm central time. No text messages. Emails will be slow to answer. I am not an expert on numbers and such but I do know a good car at a good price when I get one. If numbers is your thing please come look. I got the Documentation from Pontiac on this car and as I said before we know it was built a "REAL GTO with a 4 Speed and not some made up car, tribute car, clone car, look-a-like car, replica car, etc. etc . Check me out, ccc 2003 dot com, have some fun. Keep an eye out for other cars listing soon! Thanks for looking, Dennis Lasseter, Jr. 251-769-1639
