Exterior Condition- There are no notable dings or scratches. There are no indications of rust, flood, or accident history. Upon close scrutiny, the clear coat is beginning to peal in several areas (see pics). Interior Condition- The interior is in much better condition than you would expect for its vintage. The carpets, seats, and dash show only minor wear. All of the interior options perform as they should including the a/c, power windows, sunroof, etc. The headliner is beginning to fall in a few small places in the rear. Consistent with all Jettas, the fabric on the door panel inserts are loose. Engine and Drivetrain- The engine performs beautifully. Its starts easily cold or warm. There are no strange noises, leaks, or vibrations. The transmission and clutch also perform as they should, very smooth. The timing belt has been inspected and found to be in good condition.
