Up for auction is a legendary 1959 El Camino. You didn't see one of these at the Lambrecht auto auction. That's because they are rare! This is perfect for building a killer patina ride. No one is really doing any patina El Camino's right now. There are a lot of Chevy and Ford trucks but this is an un-tapped market. This would be an awesome project! This was to be a project for myself but another one has taken it's place. I have ALL THE STAINLESS for the car. Unbelievable! I have two sets of tail lights. The original lights and a brand new set. Many parts are still good. The extra flat panels featured in one of the pictures are from a '59 wagon. With some fabrication you could use them as the floor in the El Camino. The hindged panal could cover the foot wells. I.E. the air ride system. The drivers door looks rough in the pictures but it is straight and just needs simple body work. Motor is a 235 six cylinder. It does not run. Tranny is a power glide. I do not know anything about the motor or trans. I have all the glass. Back window is not pictured but I have it. No gauges. I have a few extra parts for the car. Frame is solid. Comes with clear Arizona title. The old gal is rough but if you are handy and can do the work yourself this is an awesome opportunity!
