In the first film, Fast and the Furious, this Supra was driven by Paul Walker's character and prominently seen in the climatic chase with Vin Diesel in a black Dodge Charger. In the second film, 2 Fast 2 Furious, it was repainted in the current gold color and starred in the opening scene of the film. A vehicle identical to this was featured in Grandma's Boy. However, we cannot verify that this was the vehicle that appeared in the movie. This vehicle has had numerous modifications for stunt driving, is equipped with a roll bar, a fuel cell behind the drivers seat, and it is not street legal. It has been equipped with a battery kill switch located under the hood. The last documented mileage for this vehicle was 102,000, and since has not been recorded deeming the mileage exempt.
