All the electronic systems have been checked and passed without any problems with the exception of the factory alarm system which has a message on the display panel "SERVICE THEFT ALARM" You will need a battery for the alarm system - which is the siren battery in the drivers wheel well area - it's not a hard fix, but a common one for a 9-5 most people choose not to replace it as it does not effect the car other then the alarm/siren not working. There are NO CHECK ENGINE, ABS, airbag or any other warning lights illuminated on the instaments cluster. The engine and transmission are 100% Mechanically Sound, the smooth shifting automatic transmission has plenty of power from the 2.3L turbo engine. The suspension is in good working condition with some minor squeeking when going over large bumps or rough roads, during normal driving conditions you will not hear any squeeking, the car handles very well for a ten year old car. The brakes bring this very nice sedan to a fast and quiet stop. The tires are in good shape with a matching set of Goodyear tires with about 75-80% thread left. All the power options work properly, the climate control blows both cold and hot air. Stop by for a test-drive. Exterior DescriptionThe exterior is in NICE condition and looks great in Silver. Overall the paint is in Very nice condition with a smooth and glossy surface and a mirror like shine. The overall condition of the body is very good with even body lines and smooth rust free panels. Under close inspection you will find some small scratches a few small dings/dents and some rock chips that are consistent for the year and miles of this vehicle, these minor imperfections do not take away from the overall nice condition of the vehicle. All the glass is free of chips or cracks. The wheels are in good condition with some minor curb rashes. Judging by the overall exterior condition it was kept in very good condition by the previous owner. Take a look at all the images and judge for yourself. Interior Deccription The interior of this vehicle is in NICE condition. The leather seats are clean and look to be in average condition with less then normal wear evident for the year and miles of this vehicle, their are no rips or tears on the leather front to back, the back seat rightside has minor indentation in the leather from the weight of a babyseat being placed there over a long period of time. The carpeted areas are in good condition with some stains to the carpet in the drivers area and in the rear seat behind the driver, these stain are barley visible since the mats cover most of the stains (see photos). 2 - Winning bidder will contact seller within 24 hours of auction end to make payment arrangements. A $500 Deposit will be required within 48 hours of auction ending. We Accept PayPal payments for the deposit only the balance must be paid by cash or official bank check, we do not accept personal checks.

3 - Bidders who are planning on registering the vehicle in either NY or NJ are subject to local state sales taxes and registration fees associated with the purchase of the vehicle to be collected by the dealer, all other buyers are responsible to pay all taxes and registration fees at there local DMV. I will provide all the necessary paperwork that you will need to register the vehicle (bill of sale, title and title transfer documents).

4 - Buyer pays all shipping/delivery charges, seller will assist with transport of vehicle if needed. Those buyers who wish to drive the vehicle to there destination must provide a valid insurance ID CARD with the VIN # of the vehicle on it, at which point I will issue a transit plate free of charge

5 - A $495.00 Dealer prep fee will be added to the final bid. Please consider this when bidding

6 - Vehicles must be picked up within 14 days, vehicles not picked up within 14 days will be billed $10 a day for storage. I am not intrested in making money on storage fees I am very limited in space and need to make room for others vehicles that I have coming in.
