1974 Alfa type 115 gen 02, built date is 8/73. California title on hand, is clear, last registered in Palm Desert, CA tags to 2014. Miles certified as actual by owner. Vehicle conditions reflects the low miles. According to vehicle records, this Alfa Romeo is a Spider Iniezione with a 2 liter high performance engine and a manual transmission. This vehicle was built and dated 8/73, carried out 0n 01/14/74 by Metro Alfa in Sidney, BC. Vehicle sold new on 04/16/1974 to one Kevin G. Little.

The vehicle has clear California title and is ready for transfer.

This type 11502 is one of the most sought after Spiders, and is in somehow close to Concourse conditions. I posted an excesive number of pictures to document the conditions of this vehicle.

Engine is exceptional, idle smooth, starts easy and performs like a real spider. Clutch is perfect, transmission is shifting easy with no grindings and no jumps. All chrome is perfect, no damages. The bag in the trunk contains an Alfa bra. The vehicle has the original rubber carpeting in perfect conditions and both floor mats (driver's is in the trunk). Top is perfect.

Other acceptable forms of payment may include credit card, cashier's check, credit union cashier's check issued by a Federal or State chartered credit union, traveler's check, postal or commercial money order, and properly endorsed Federal, State, or local government checks. A personal or company check will only be accepted when accompanied by a bank letter guaranteeing payment. This letter must state that the bank will guarantee the check for a specific amount for a period of 30 days after the sale date, and that it covers the purchase of International Vehicle Wholesalers property only.
5. DEFAULT: You are cautioned to bid only on those items you are prepared to pay for and remove in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale. All Items awarded to you as the high bidder are contractually yours and must be paid for and removed within the time period specified under the special terms and conditions for each sale. Failure to do so could result in termination of the contract and the bidder may also be subject to paying liquidated damages as stated bellow:
   "The purchaser agrees that in the event he fails to pay for the property or remove the same within the prescribed period of time, the Seller at its election and upon notice of default shall be entitled to retain (or collect) as liquidated damages a sum equal to the greater of (a) 20% of the total purchase price of the item(s) as to which the default has occurred or (b) $200.00 or the purchase price of such item(s) if the purchase price is less than $200.00."
6. ORAL STATEMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS: Any oral statement or representation by any representative of the Seller, changing or supplementing the offering or contract or any condition thereof, is unauthorized and shall confer no right upon the bidder or purchaser.
7. WITHDRAWAL OF PROPERTY: The Seller reserves the right to make withdrawals for property offered for sale at any time prior to removal.
8. REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS: It is the Bidder's responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable Federal, State, local, and multi-jurisdictional laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to the registration, licensing, handling, possession, transportation, transfer, export, processing, manufacture, sale, use or disposal of the property listed in the invitation. Purchasers or users of this property are not excused from any of such laws or regulations.
9. Judicial Venue: By entering active bidding for this vehicle, bidder expressly and unconditionally agrees and accepts the following regarding judicial venue:
   In Re Sale of this or any motor vehicle between International Vehicle Wholesalers (Seller) and successful bidder (Buyer), parties expressly agree that the sale is commenced and executed in The State of California County of Los Angeles and furthermore the Parties agree that The Courts of The State of California, County of Los Angeles has EXCLUSIVE and ABSOLUTE Jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between parties related to this above mentioned Sale.
