I removed the entire stock front suspension and installed a TL1000 complete front fork assembly. With it comes the massive front brakes which is a HUGE improvement over the stock setup. This bike was taken apart to the frame. The frame was modified to remove the ugly tail section of the frame. Then a custom handmade seat was formed and covered. The gas tank is from a CB360 which was heavily modified to fit the bike. (see build pictures). The engine has about 7500 miles on it. It runs fantastic and sounds amazing with the custom stainless dual exhaust. The head light bucket was modified to hold the cable driven tach. It fits the bike perfectly. Custom HRC logos were fabricated to replace the reflectors in the radiator no one else will have a CX500 that looks, sounds or performs like this one!! The back wheel had to stay since its shaft drive so instead of just running it like eveyrone does I covered it up with these beautiful Moon Eyes wheel covers. They are not permanent and can be removed for service. There are MANY things that were fabricated. removed, modified and customized, I cant name them all.
