Honda Z50 K1 Minitrail with Ferrari Red Paint color Normal 0 false false false MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 1969 Honda Z50 K1 Full Custom Restoration FRAME: The frame parts have been all sand blasted to bare metal, then epoxy primed, painted with silver base, then Ferrari Red color, then clear coated twice. Wet sanded between coats. The side cases are sand blasted and painted original silver with clear coat. The wheels have been sandblasted and powder coated silver. The emblems on the fenders and prancing horse on the tank have been professionally painted by hand and or airbrushed, No stickers or decals are on this bike. MOTOR: Completely disassembled, cleaned, all new seals installed including new valve guide seal, new piston and rings, (88cc big bore piston) all new gaskets, all new fasteners including new washers and acorn nuts. The valves are lapped in for a perfect seal at the valve seat. All parts are polished to look new. The cylinder and head are glass bead blasted. New kick start arm and shift lever installed. The carburetor is a 20 mm high performance unit as is the high volume petcock valve. This motor has the TB Race Head with Heavy Duty Clutch and hi-volme oil pump. BODY PARTS: All chrome parts are either re-chromed or replaced with new. New wire harness, new seat, new custom tail light, new light bulbs, new tires and tubes, new handle bars, new grips, new switches, new levers, new cables, new brakes, new ID tag on steering stem, new gas tank badges, new battery, new points, and a new spark plug. New Hi-Performance exhaust and new carburetor compliment the bike with stellar performance. Custom made Speedometer. -- This bike would make a great pit bike for Formula 1 F1 or hotrod races or tribute bike. Even stock car pit bike. This bike is similar to the Honda k0 and K1 minitrail. Was sold next to the famous Honda CT70.
