1997 Acura Integra 2 door coupe automatic with 1.8 liter 4-cylinder engine. Original factory paint and interior, nothing was changed or added to this exceptional vehicle. Everything works, no damages, no stains, no dents other than very small nicks visible upon close inspection.

The brakes are over 60%, tires are over 80% rubber left.

Engine is powerful, no noises, no fluid leaks. Transmission is shifting perfect; the fluid is clean and full.

Coolant is clean, radiator has no obstructions, and the cooling fans are working as it should.

I drove the car at motorway speeds and is handling exceptionally well. Same for urban driving.

It appears this car was properly maintained, and it shows pride of ownership. We picked up the car from a residence inside their garage. Looking at the outstanding conditions this vehicle is in, surely was always garaged.

5. DEFAULT: You are cautioned to bid only on those items you are prepared to pay for and remove in accordance with the terms and conditions of the sale. All Items awarded to you as the high bidder are contractually yours and must be paid for and removed within the time period specified under the special terms and conditions for each sale. Failure to do so could result in termination of the contract and the bidder may also be subject to paying liquidated damages as stated bellow:
   "The purchaser agrees that in the event he fails to pay for the property or remove the same within the prescribed period of time, the Seller at its election and upon notice of default shall be entitled to retain (or collect) as liquidated damages a sum equal to the greater of (a) 20% of the total purchase price of the item(s) as to which the default has occurred or (b) $200.00 or the purchase price of such item(s) if the purchase price is less than $200.00."
6. ORAL STATEMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS: Any oral statement or representation by any representative of the Seller, changing or supplementing the offering or contract or any condition thereof, is unauthorized and shall confer no right upon the bidder or purchaser.
7. WITHDRAWAL OF PROPERTY: The Seller reserves the right to make withdrawals for property offered for sale at any time prior to removal.
8. REQUIREMENTS TO COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS: It is the Bidder's responsibility to ascertain and comply with all applicable Federal, State, local, and multi-jurisdictional laws, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to the registration, licensing, handling, possession, transportation, transfer, export, processing, manufacture, sale, use or disposal of the property listed in the invitation. Purchasers or users of this property are not excused from any of such laws or regulations.
9. Judicial Venue: By entering active bidding for this vehicle, bidder expressly and unconditionally agrees and accepts the following regarding judicial venue:
   In Re Sale of this or any motor vehicle between International Vehicle Wholesalers (Seller) and successful bidder (Buyer), parties expressly agree that the sale is commenced and executed in The State of California County of Los Angeles and furthermore the Parties agree that The Courts of The State of California, County of Los Angeles has EXCLUSIVE and ABSOLUTE Jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise between parties related to this above mentioned Sale.
