1987 Honda XR 200 - not running. Has new piston rings, sparkplug, decompression cable. California Green Sticker good thru Jun 2015. California Pink Slip / ownership in hand. Project bike. I tried to adjust the valves and it felt like the cam chain was skipping the gear - so I gave up - didn't try to start it. I decided to pass this project on to a better mechanic. It may need a new cam chain - I'm not sure. The engine was assembled by a mechanic who took parts off of an ATC 200. The original engine had a frozen piston. Bike has an ATC200 top end. Missing parts include: Rear tail light lens, Odometer / Speedometer assembly / cable, Fuel tank rear hold down strap, Headlight hot lead not wired.On Oct-30-13 at 20:49:05 PDT, seller added the following information: I also have spare engine - in parts. I have the ATC 200 bottom end less crank cam gear and the forward kick start lever, and the top end that went with this engine less the valve cover / cam followers.
