This is a really good running little old Jeep, it drives down the road great, has a 2.5 Liter 4 cylinder, 5 speed trans, etc. This jeep is great in the back country, it purrs right along hardly using any fuel with the 4 banger. Cosmetically it's a little rough around the edges but if you need a good, cheap, rust free, hunting-fishing-camping-off road toy that you are not afraid to put a scratch on this little rig is hard to beat. The Good Stuff: Always starts right up, runs good, no smoke, all the gauges work, gets good mileage, drives, shifts, handles and stops great. I just installed brand new front brakes with new rotors and pads. Rock It Cold air intake with washable filter, newer battery, recent radiator and I just put on a brand new turbo muffler with cat delete. Interior is coated with bed liner, I just installed a new speed sensor a few days ago and new Rugged Trail seat covers with tons of storage built in. Fresh Havoline oil/filter change a couple days ago. Heavy Duty Tuffy Security console, with Sony CD player and 6X9 speakers. Also has aluminum diamond plate corners, a trailer hitch, a good windshield, nice alloys with 31inch BFG ATKO tires, a new spare tire on alloy wheel, no rust, roll cage, bikini top, have all the soft top frame and upper door stuff, new soft top on eBay is $300. The Not So Good Stuff: This Jeep is 20 years old, so with a 171K miles there is some negative stuff to be expected, the tires are getting worn, there are some dents on the hood from a little rock slide (That's Colorado for you) and the passenger rocker panel, there are scratches - nicks - dings - etc, it needs a new wiper/turn signal lever, the transfer case and rear pinion seal both leak but otherwise has been it has been a very reliable, good running summer daily driver for me.
