It is extremely comman and I have yet to come accross one with over 50,000 miles that does not leak. Any time we decide to sell a very desirable Cadillac such as this one we always do the reseal. It is a very intense job but we have done several of them and exactly how to get it done. So if your looking for a Caddy this is the one to buy....:) This Caddy has a clean CarFax history report, No accident history, and a clear title with NO brands. It is also a rust free vehicle. We fully inspected this vehicle before it was offered for sale. We inspected it mechanically and structurally by one of our on-site mechanical technicians. Lastly, this unit has a fresh oil change and a current passing smog at time of purchase. Only a few blemishes that really stand out to inform you about. The couple assembly is stuck in place and does not work, there is a slight smokers smell, windshield has been previously tinted which is common out here in the desert heat, and the rear dash area is peeling up slightly towards the windshield area.
