Payment Methods Cash in person, certified check, Bank wire transfers, cashier checks, all funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1-business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. We accept up to $500 with credit cards or PayPal including deposit. Additional Fees and Taxes Per our State regulations and company policy, tax and registration fees will be charged to US residence (in accordance to their state and county). Export vehicles are exempt from tax and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. This BMW 323i is in excellent condition, the exterior Titanium Silver Metallic is in pristine condition, just by looking at the headlights (no yellow tint) you can tell that this vehicle was garaged. I did found some imperfections, there are scuffs on the bottom of the rocker panel, and scratches on the bottom of the front bumper. The cost of fixing the rocker panel and front bumper is $240 (price set by my body shop), we can add the cost to the deal if you are interested in fixing it with us.
The interior of this vehicle is in pristine condition.
Viewing this vehicle exterior and interior it is easy to forget that it is 13 years old.

I had the opportunity to drive this bimmer the last several days. It is a very comfortable and sporty vehicle. The sport seats are very supportive thanks to the side bolsters and leg extension. It comes with many luxury features including dual front power sport leather seats with driver side memory, power one touch op and down windows, sunroof, tilt and telescopic sport steering wheel, power mirrors with right mirror tilt down on reverse, climate control.
Sport package adds the sport seats, sport steering wheel, sport wheels, and sport suspension.
On the safety side, this 323i offers impressive array of safety features. There is the dual front –seat airbags, as well as front-seat side-impact airbags. A front seat head protection system (HPS) and state of the art traction control.
The vehicle doesn’t pull to either side, very quite and enjoyable ride that will bring smile to your face in a way that only a BMW can. There is a reason why they call them the Ultimate Driving Machine.

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1-business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
We accept up to $500 with credit cards or PayPal including deposit.
Additional Fees and Taxes
Per our State regulations and company policy, tax and registration fees will be charged to US residence (in accordance to their state and county). Export vehicles are exempt from tax and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
