Payment Methods Cash in person, certified check, Bank wire transfers, cashier checks, all funds must be in US dollars only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information. Deposit The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1-business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle. Payment of Balance Due The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle. We accept up to $500 with credit cards or PayPal including deposit. Additional Fees and Taxes Per our State regulations and company policy, tax and registration fees will be charged to US residence (in accordance to their state and county). Export vehicles are exempt from tax and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Shipping The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company. Exterior in is in excellent condition for a 1996 vehicle. The paint looks great with few exceptions, there are scratches on the front bumper, the scratch on bottom right side of the bumper is due to a minor accident. There is also a ding on the right quarter panel and a light scratch on the driver door.
All in all the exterior of this Lexus is in impeccable condition, no doubt the previous owner took very good care of this Lexus.
The interior is in excellent condition, very luxurious, and shows only minor wear.
It is admirable to find a vehicle from 1996 that looks better than many much newer vehicles.
The build quality of this LS 400 is second to none, attention to details, luxury is abundant from power tilt telescopic steering wheel with easy exit (steering wheel will go up and in when engine is turned off for easy exit from the vehicle) driver memory seats, driver and passenger power lumbar support, power adjustable seat belts, top of the line sound system, heated seats, auto dimming mirrors, auto on/off headlights, cruise control, sunroof, alarm system and more.
One the most amazing things driving this vehicle is the quality of the ride, very quiet ride. Lexus did an awesome job, keeping the cabin super quiet. The supple leather, build quality, excellent and luxurious ride quality, and plenty of space makes this Lexus an excellent road trip vehicle and everyday vehicle.
The powerful 4.0 liter V-8 cast aluminum block engine produce 260 horsepower and 270 pound feet of torque with excellent fuel economy especially for a large sedan of 19/25 city/highway mpg.
The rear wheel drive adds to the ride quality not to mention vehicle balance and reliability.
Lexus legendary reliability means that you will enjoy this Lexus for years to come.
Driving this vehicle from work and back (I used this Lexus for a week before we offered it for sell) kept my stress levels very low, considering the traffic jams here in Miami in should be a must for every driver over here.
Everything in this vehicle work, and works well from mechanical to electrical.
The only thing I found was the radio LCD display which is faded. The radio works great. I am exploring a way to fix the LCD, there are kits sold for around $50.
It has a clean carfax report with only minor accident. The accident is that scratch on the front fender, no airbags deployed (please view images for additional information)

The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 1-business days of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.
Payment of Balance Due
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 7 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.
We accept up to $500 with credit cards or PayPal including deposit.
Additional Fees and Taxes
Per our State regulations and company policy, tax and registration fees will be charged to US residence (in accordance to their state and county). Export vehicles are exempt from tax and registration fees. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.
Shipping
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
