I got this 1952 Chevy 3600 pick up from the previous owner in Illinois, who had started a restoration to make this truck his daily driver. He went through it mechanically so it has good brakes. It shifts all four gears plus reverse the way it should. It does not wander and steers true. The windows go up and down as video shows ,and the doors open and shut with no sag. The box has had the wood replaced and looks great! The previous owner did a paint job and clear coat. It shines wonderful. He left the normal dings and minor flaws in the body as he liked the Petina. In my opinion, if someone wanted to finish the body to make it rust free, the driver side rocker panel and cab corner should be replaced with a patch panel. The tailgate opens and shuts the way it should. The heater is not hooked up but the connections are there. I drove this truck a total of about five miles for the video and I was very impressed in how it starts right up and handled on the road. It's a blast to drive. I noticed that it had a leaky waterpump that should be replaced. It has the original seat, ( pictured wiout cover) with a seat cover over it that looks good. It has the original 216 6 cyl engine and is running off the original gas tank. It is still a 6 volt system. I do not want to over call this truck or under call it.
