If you are looking for a car to vintage race this could be the right project. The Chassis is a 1971 Daytona Corvette chassis with solid mounted Front Arms offset trailing arms and other tricks. The chassis has been modified with a rear mid year section. No numbers on the chassis since it was from a race car. The coupe body is all original Fiberglass from G.M. needing major assembly. The floor and roof are really good with no damage. The firewall and 1/4's will need finerglass repair. the front end and hood are left overs from other corvette projects. The engine is a 1971 402 that had less than 40,000 miles on it It could be a 427 with a 454 crank. Trans is a turbo 350 and is likely no good. The rear end is original to the Daytona 454 car and is a 3.08 posi for 170 Mph top speed.
