All work done by LHT Performance, one of the best shops in Florida (Please Google them) I have NEVER worked on this car myself, only the experts have modified this vehicle The pictures of the car in the daylight were taken YESTERDAY, so what you see in the pics is what you get, though I will give a quick explanation of faults so there are no surprises. Clean-bodied with minor dings and dents here and there. Hood is dented up front towards the bumper, and a piece is missing off of the driver side door handle, though I have a new handle included with sale. Cloth on door panels has a little extra wear. Just purchased new OEM manual regulators. Driver side mirror is missing. The rims are in good shape with a few scuffs. I kept wax on them constantly, even on the insides. Tires have great tread, and I even have a new Nexen 205/40 R17 N5000 tire to include. No a/c. Please read the car history below Car History: The black 95 Civic EX in the pictures was my original baby, as you can see it was flawless. The JDM GS-R motor was purchased from H-Motors Online, then built completely and tuned by LHT Performance in St. Petersburg FL. It Dynoed at 412.7 WHP @ 19.5 PSI with a Precision Turbo, Precision Intercooler, 880cc Precision Injectors, etc (I used only the absolute best parts on this vehicle, all purchased new in the box) After about a year and a half someone broadsided the passenger side of the car just hard enough to tweak the frame a bit. I parted out the turbo kit in order to afford another Civic, since the guy who caused the accident had no insurance, and I had made the mistake of not having 'uninsured motorist' coverage. I found a clean red DX (the one for sale) and swapped everything into it, including of course the Type-R Tranny and 4-disk GS-R brakes with the slotted and cross-drilled rotors. I had planned to re-turbocharge the car, which is why it still has the full 3” exhaust. I decided to have LHT Performance completely rebuild the motor and make it brand new again. I ended up having a kid and never made it back to turbo. I ended up getting another vehicle in anticipation of having a newborn to cart around, and basically stopped driving the car completely as a daily driver. There have been approximately 1,000 miles put on the car since the complete motor rebuild in September of 2011, so essentially the motor is brand frickin new. The Integra Type-R Transmission was purchased new from the factory originally and now has roughly 25,000 miles on it. Everything in the motor has been re-machined, and is turbo-ready. Bottom-end build has CP Pistons, Eagle connecting rods, and ARP headbolts. This motor is ready to safely run 450whp as it stands, or be bad ass as a NA motor setup. To make the car run more smoothly, the 880cc Injectors were replaced with stock injectors, and a stock laptop-tune on the Hondata S200 was done. The exhaust is 3” but has glass-pack insterts so it has a deep, full, rich sound, not ricey or whiney at all. A decent Dyno tune is all this car needs to be at its full potential, but other than that, it runs absolutely pristine. I drove the car once in a while over the last year and a half just to the beach and back to get my "Honda-fix", which is how I put around a thousand miles on it. Sitting in the yard, the paint took a little bit of a beating in the harsh Florida sun, but it still shines up decent with some wax. The pictures of the car in the yard were taken yesterday, as were the pictures of the interior, so you can see she's still super clean. Somehow part of the door handle on the driver side broke off, but I have a new driver-side handle that I will include. The rims are Axis Reverb, and have a few scuffs, but are otherwise in great shape. I always kept the rims waxed, including the inside. The lug nuts have a little rust on the inside. Tires have plenty of tread, and I also have a brand new Nexen N5000 tire to include which is shown in the pictures. No expense was spared with this car. I waited tables at two restaurants for over a year making around $800-$1000 a week and spent every single spare dime on it. All work was done by John Wilson at LHT Performance in St Petersburg FL (call and mention Ray Carter, and verify yourself 727.344.1800) The JDM Integra GS-R motor I got from H-Motors Online for $3200 The “LHT 400” custom turbo kit which was an all-inclusive install Dynoed @ 302whp cost me $9,600 Type-R Transmission was purchased new Bottom-end build with CP pistons, Eagle rods, headbolts and re-Dyno @ 412.7whp Integra GS-R 4-disk brakes with Power Stop slotted and cross-drilled rotors Then the motor re-build was $2,500 + $600 for a new custom exhaust Obviously the turbo kit is no longer on the vehicle, but the point is no expense was spared with this vehicle, and only the best care was given to its maintenance. The SYSTEM: The custom system shown in the picture is NOT installed on the car for sale. It was installed in my original black EX, but I still have ALL of the vinyl-wrapped panels, boxes and neons, as shown in the pictures, which are made specifically to fit a 92-95 Civic, and will drop right in for an easy install. The only thing not included will be the actual amps and subwoofers. I will include these for free if you choose the buy-it-now option. Otherwise, a price can be negotiated if they are wanted—its show-quality material, and I went to great lengths to keep them in superb condition, as I had planned on re-installing the system in this Honda.
