1985 Ferrari Mondial QV Coupe- Up for auction is my 1985 Ferrari Mondial quattrovalvole , car is Grigio metallic with black interior which is not very common for these cars. It shows about 49k miles but the odometer is not working. Its running and driving and has current Arizona registration but it was sitting for about a year prior to me buying it. I bought it as a little project but do not have the time to deal with it right now. I purchased it a couple months ago from an insurance company so it has a salvage title, however there is no, and never was any major damage to the car. The motor and trans are good and I have driven the car around town a few times, it idles rough until its warmed up a little so I am assuming there is something plugged up in the cold start system from it sitting, other than that the car runs strong. The previous owner had the car for 20 years and it looks as if the car had been maintained mechanically, I just did an oil change and I will include new cam belts for the buyer, I did not receive any service papers with the car The body has some dings and the paint has some scratches , the interior is good for its age exception of a tear in the drivers seat, I believe most all the electrical is working, the a/c blows but not cold and the power windows need help going up. My reserve price is set at about what a complete running 4 valve Ferrari engine and gearbox is worth. I have priced the car very fair and hope to find a buyer that will clean it up and drive it and not just part it out. If the cosmetic issues bother you or the fact that you will need to do some maintenance to it then this is not the car for you , 20+ grand will get you one that is in better shape.
