This is a half ton short box Rare unmolested 41 chevy truck that runs and drives with no knocks, misses, or smoke. It shifts all four gears the way it should. The body is all steel with no filler. there are some some dents here and there ,(easily repairable) the worst being in the passnger side rear of the cab. (pictured) that should be able to easily be pushed out. The running boards and fenders are all steel and complete. The cab is in good shape with minimum rust. The frame is rust free! The box is good with a good tailgate that opens and shuts. the original wood is still in the box. The windows go up and down and the doors open and shut like they should. It is missing the inside door handle on the drivers side. The glass is all there with only a crack on one side of the windshield and on the drivers side window (easily fixed flat glass). The four hub caps are original. I drove this truck as the video shows 50 mph and the truck steers true with no play. The brakes should all be redone (parts are all there) The tires all hold air but should be replaced. The grill is in great shape!!! The front bumper has the rare grill protector on it. I have a clear indiana title with numbers matching the vin plate. The original 1941 indiana liscense plate goes with the truck. I drove the truck for the video with a aux gas tank. The original tank should be cleaned before using. When I bought the truck, the previous indiana owner had it stored for over ten years in his barn. I got it home and did a complete tune up ( points, condenser, plugs, ignition, coil, fuel pump, and rebuilt the carb and put a new ignition switch in. I also hung a new exhaust system and muffler. The truck started right up and ran beautiful. After driving the chevy for over a half hour for the video, The truck never overheated or leaked any oil. You could leave the petina by clear coating it and enjoy the truck the way it is or take it to the next level and do a comeplete restoration. This truck would make a great daily driver with very little work. I do not want to overcall this truck or undercall this truck. Let the video, pictures, and description tell the story.
