You are bidding on a 2006 Suzuki DL650 motorcycle. IT IS NOT RUNNING. The previous owner had a low speed spill where the bike fell on the right side and he suffered minor injuries. He hardly rode it after that (it did run fine) and soon parked it uncovered outside where it was sitting until 2 weeks ago. He was going to give it to charity but I figured I could make a few bucks selling it "AS IS". There are scuffs on the right side that you can see in the pictures but nothing that would affect the operation. If you look in the gas tank, there is serious corrosion from the gas evaporating. I doubt it can be fixed. I think you will have to put on a new tank and maybe the fuel pump. I did not try to start it. I purchased a brand new battery so that I could get the display to come up so I could get the mileage to get a GA title. It appears that the electrics are fine. It is now registered in GA and all the back taxes paid. I have a clear title. I don't ride so I have no interest in fixing it. It should be purchased by someone who can fix it. All I read about it says it's a very nice bike. The chain is rusty. It probably would work fine with a little WD-40 but I wouldn't trust it. The seat is weathered but not ripped. The bike would actually look good with a lot of elbow grease if you replace the scuffed up parts. The tires are decent. The bike can be seen at our store on East PoncedeLeon Avenue near Downtown Decatur. The bike was running very well before being put up. Obviously, I can't make any guarantees on this bike. It will have to be sold "AS IS" with NO RETURNS. I do guarantee the title. Buy with confidence. We have perfect feedback on over 5500 ebay transactions over the last 12 year.
