For sale is a very original 1968 Chevrolet Corvette convertible. This car was sold new 11-6-1967 at Modern Chevrolet, Lubbock Texas. This is an original 427/390hp car. The car was repainted once about 20 years ago. It is finished in the original British green color. The interior is mostly original. I recently replaced the carpet and rear compartments. The original motor was replaced with a CE(counter exchange) block. The transmission is original to the car. This Corvette starts,runs and drives like it was 1968. It is all stock and very reliable. Everything seems to work as it should...radio,wipers,head lights and even the fiber optics. Included in this sale is the warranty book with protecto-plate,original tank sticker,owners manual,original set of keys,floor mats and a car cover.
