As much as we want to keep her we just added Twin Boys to the family. This 2005 SPECIAL EDITION Volkswagen Beetle Convertible GLS is definitely a "ONE OF A KIND"!!! It is in fantastic running and driving condition with only 66,950 miles. It is LOADED with Heated "Red Leather" Seats, Cold A/C, Power Convertible Top, Monsoon (Great Sound and BASS) Stereo, CD, factory Sirius Radio , Power Windows (w/ auto up & down), Power Locks, Heated Power Mirrors, Outside Temp Display and Clock, Rear Window Defrost, Driver/Pass. Front and Side Airbags, Security System w/ Remote & Panic Button, 17" Alloy Wheels , Rear Spoiler w/ "Custom Fade Paint job", HID Headlamps, Crystal Clear Front Marker lights w/ Silver-Star bulbs, LED Taillights, Upgraded Fog Lamps with custom painted valance, and Stainless Exhaust Tips. This car has the 2.0L engine and with it's freshly professionally rebuilt (1 year old 10,000 +/- miles ago) 6 Speed "TipTronic" Automatic Transmission, it runs very very well. There are FOUR NEW TIRES!!!! Two just a couple months ago and two last fall. See Photos for tread depth :-) Somebody asked if this car had suspension modifications specifically lowered, NO it is stock and has not been tampered with. This car comes with the very best "Weather Guard" Tray type floor mats, a full set of four!!! You can see them in the photos. Also included is the Silk Rose and Bud Vase in the dash, the rose color matches Ruby's custom painted dash!!! The passenger rear window needs a new regulator and is inoperative now. I really wish we could keep her, she is a great runner and a real head turner wherever we go! I have included this to explain the Salvage title issue. "I buy, repair, and sell LIGHTLY damaged Volkswagen Beetles. The Beetle is the only car I deal with, so I know them very well. I am a perfectionist when it comes to repairing these cars. I use only OEM parts, no aftermarket body parts. All paint work is done professionally with PPG basecoat/clearcoat paint. It does have a reconditioned title, but don't let that scare you away from getting a great deal on this car. It runs, drives and looks almost like new, so don't miss out. (AIRBAGS DID NOT DEPLOY). This car rolled the front tires over a curb. The only parts that were replaced on this car were; the front lower grille, fog lamps, and it got a brand new updated valve body for the transmission. The only blemishes remaining on this car include; one small ding on top of the rocker panel on both sides (see pics), and the interior has a wear spot on the drivers seat (see pics). Other than that, THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THIS CAR !!!!! I purchased this particular car to keep for myself, just because I loved the color scheme. I did a lot of extra custom paint work on it. I did the custom paint in the front grille, the fade paint on the rear spoiler, and the black/red paint work on the dashboard. This Special Edition came with the red leather interior, red ragtop, and the red accent wheels. These accents are done in a "Pearl Red" and it is a beautiful color. I have been driving this car for four months as a third vehicle in the family and now have decided not to have a third car."
