1973 Pontiac Firebird with 2800 original miles. This car was sold 3 years ago at the Mecum auction with 62 original miles on it for $29000. The car had never been plated. This car is probably the lowest mileage base model 1973 Firebird in the USA. It runs, drives, brakes and handles like a new car, which is really is! It has power brakes, power steering, power windows, and (perfect) rally wheels. It has the original Florentine Red paint with black interior. It is all original except: (1) Napa replacement headlight, fan belts, radiator hoses and clamps, battery, shocks and tires. The car is a time capsule of what a new car looked like on the show room floor in 1973. The paint is a 9.5 out of 10 and the interior is almost a 10 out of 10. The paint had sap on the roof that was removed and left some very light faded spots, and also has a couple of small dings on the passenger side (see pictures). The back seat stitching is loose on the top of the seat. This car would win any survivor contest it was entered in, it is really that nice. All the small interior screws, trim, knobs, etc. are all like new. Everything works on the car.
