If you have been watching this Tbird; You know that I originally asked a lot more of a starting bid. I still believe this car is worth a lot more but I really need to sell it for personal reasons. As I stated before my loss is your gain. I will be getting an independent inspection that I will have available so you can bid confidently. Ebay's independent inspection service will not do a complete inspection on vehicles older than 1988. You will be buying a practically new car for about 1/4 the price of a equally equipped new one. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED ! ! ! * * * ORIGINAL FACTORY PAINT - NOT REPAINTED - NOT TOUCHED UP ! ! ! * * * * This car will easily last another 27 + years with the right care. The pics of the car do not show the new window tint. The windows have recently been professionally tinted with street legal ultra premium film. (Not a $99 special) The only thing besides the window tint that is not original is the stereo. It now has a Pioneer am/fm/cd with detachable faceplate w/ an aux jack for an ipod or other input device. The original equalizer is still installed but is not hooked up. (original radio not available) The tires (not original) have a lot of tread (almost new). This T-bird drives like it just came of the showroom floor. Very tight (no rattles) The interior is perfect (still smells like new). 20 plus MPG. A/C blows cold. Always garaged kept and babied ! This bird is ready to be driven any where with no worries. Power radio antenna. Power Driver and Passenger seats. Power mirrors. Automatic headlights/high beams, fog lights. EVERYTHING WORKS ! ! ! There are 2 very minor dimples on the trunk lid that were there when I bought it. They are only noticeable in the right lighting and view. I just noticed a minor door ding on the passenger door that happened at work when I was giving the car a regular short drive to keep everything from getting storage rot. The actual mileage is 30,561. Odometer and trip odometer work. See Pics. I drove it today to show they work. I have pics with the ignition on and off showing all gages work. I have owned this car for 2 + years and put about 3000 miles on it. 1300 of those miles were from Detroit (where I bought it on ebay) to Colorado Springs with no problems, so it is road ready to go ! ! ! It has never been driven in the snow. There are no rust issues. Tranny shifts fine, clutch is great, Turbo works perfectly. You will be buying a basically new car. This Thunderbird Turbo Coupe sold for $17,451.00 in 1986. Adjusted using the Consumer Price Index Inflation Calculator, the 2013 price for a this Turbo Coupe would be $37,752.06 . .
